Publication and other forms of distribution: No known restrictions on publication of works by Drayer, his firm, and his wife Maria. In Instrument of Gift in 1985 to the Library of Congress, Maria Drayer, the donor, dedicated the rights, placing the materials in the public domain. The collection contains some unattributed materials and materials by others, for which the rights status is not known.

Access: Subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original drawings.
