Scope and Content Note
This group contains 142 photographs of homes and haunts of notable people, especially
birthplaces, graves, and interiors of houses. Individuals represented lived in the
18th to 20th centuries. Some are well-known names, e.g., Charles Lindbergh, Paul
Revere, and James Whitcomb Riley. Also includes some less prominent names, e.g.,
Lillian Nordica and General Israel Putnam.
