The papers of Ogden L. Mills (1884-1937) span the years 1920-1939, with the bulk of the
material concentrated in the period 1926-1933. The collection includes correspondence;
memoranda; speeches, statements, and writings; scrapbooks of newspaper clippings and
printed matter; and other material relating to Mills's career as Republican congressman
from New York and as under secretary and secretary of the treasury. The papers are
