Joelson in 1969.

Scope and Content Note
The papers of Charles Samuel Joelson (1916-1999) span the years 1944-1969, with the bulk
of the material concentrated in the period 1961-1969 during Joelson's service in the
House of Representatives from New Jersey's eighth district. The collection consists
mainly of constituent correspondence, files relating to bills introduced by Joelson,
special projects, including some from his naval career, and speeches and press releases
for his Washington, D.C., years.
