Organizational History
The National Men's Chorus was a performing group from Washington, D.C. founded in June
1999 by its artistic director, Thomas Beveridge, and active in the years 1999-2018. They
performed at many venues in the D.C. Metropolitan area such as the Library of Congress,
the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Gallery of Art, the Cosmos
Club, and many churches including the Church of the Annunciation in Washington D.C., the
Providence Presbyterian Church in Fairfax, Virginia, and the First Christian Church in
Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia. They were also invited to perform at the dedication of
the new George Mason Memorial on the Mall. The Chorus's annual Memorial Day concert was
a popular draw in the capital area.

The collection consists of programs for 56 concerts performed by the National Men's
Chorus at such venues as John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Western
Presbyterian Church of Washington, D.C., Saint Luke Catholic Church of McLean, Virginia,
First Christian Church of Falls Church, Virginia, and Aldersgate United Methodist Church
of Alexandria, Virginia.
