Biographical Note
David Kogan was a radio and television scriptwriter best known as co-creator, with
frequent collaborator Robert Arthur, of The Mysterious Traveler, and other fantasy
thriller broadcast programs.
Scope and Content Note
The collection consists of scripts, indexes, and correspondence relating to David
Kogan's work as a scriptwriter for radio programs including The Mysterious Traveler,
Murder by Experts, Dark Destiny, and others. An extensive index of Kogan's scripts is
found in series 2. Some of the correspondence and other papers concern Kogan's
experience with blacklisting in the 1950's.
